That’s all. After giving us the data required for claims settlement, we will take care of the rest – such as picking up your vehicle, providing a replacement vehicle, repair of your vehicle with 6 years of guarantee as well as returning it cleaned outside and inside. For this purpose we cooperate in Germany with at present about 1,500 rental car stations as well as 650 TÜV- and DEKRA certified service centers, able to perform every vehicle repair properly and professionally at short notice.. OPTIMUM SERVICE QUALITY AT FAVOURABLE CONDITIONS Our cooperation service centers are subject to strict quality assurance requirements and are constantly monitored. All over Europe they will contact you not later than 60 minutes after you reported your damage by phone, pick up your car, bring along a replacement vehicle, if required, and they will provide an illustrated cost estimate within 24 hours.
